CARDIO WORKOUT : HOW TO GET THE ULTIMATE PHYSIQUE

Today we are going to do cardio workout which we have never done before, this can be done three days a week to achieve ultimate physique. We will do 7 exercises and each exercise 45 sec and then take 15 sec rest. You can also watch instructions video on his YT channel
